Drill Dates for the Lexington Minute Men Reenactment

Anyone planning to participate in the reenactment of the Battle of Lexington should attend as many of these drills as possible. It is expected that you appear in full colonial kit, and with all the equipment and gear you anticipate wearing on Patriots' Day. Inspection of authenticity will be conducted at every drill.

If you intend to receive powder for the reenactment, you must attend a MINIMUM of three drills in colonial kit.

If you are planning to participate, but not receive powder, you must attend a MINIMUM of two of these drills in colonial kit.

If you are planning to participate, you must be a member in good standing, and have been a participant at Company sponsored events held throughout the past year. If you are a member not in good standing (outstanding dues) or have been unable to participate in events crucial to the success of the Company, you will be requested to make appeal to the Executive Board for the privilege of participating in the reenactment on Patriots' Day. Furthermore, if your part is one in which you are killed or wounded, and you have been inactive during the past year, your character will be assigned to a more active member. Also, any member who has been read into the Company, and is not in possession of a uniform, will be asked to stand picket, without musket, during the reenactment. Please see the Captain or Second Lieutenant of Muskets for details and your current standing.

Drill dates will be posted here when announced.
